How to add to the categories and sub--categories when posting
Please leave your name and email address when posting in the categories and in 'I want to buy.' Don't worry, as only eBuy Staff will be able to see your email and we promise not to share that information with any 3rd party companies. When adding to categories while selling, please make sure that the price you add INCLUDES postage, hence it must be sent as a banknote.

Postage Requirements
When posting the money, please refrain from using coins as these get lost in the post and damage the postal Sorting Machines. We ask our users to use banknotes only.
There are four types of packaging you may use. The first is for anything under 100g, and is a small letter. The second is anything under 750g, which is a large letter. The first is under 1KG, and is a packet. The final one is for anything under 3KG, and is a parcel which must be posted at a post office under Royal Mail Heavyweight.
There are three weight/item value bands. Band 1 is for items worth £0-£10 and is for items below 750g only, and costs £1.50 postage. Band 2 is for items worth £10.01-£20, and is for items below 1KG only, and costs £2 postage. Band 3 is for items worth £20.01-£30, and is for items below 3KG only, and costs £3 postage.
Please note that trades may take up to four weeks to process and be completed.
Pricing your items.
There are two prices in each band in which you can use.
Band 1 : Items can be sold for £3.50 or £8.50, excluding postage.
Band 2 : Items can be sold for £13 or £18., excluding postage.
Band 3 : Items can be sold for £22 or £27, excluding postage.
Please note that eBuy staff can tell if postage has not been added, and if postage has not been added, that means that the money sent will be in coins, and will get lost in the post.
How to Buy
1. Find an Item that you want.
2. Post in 'I want to buy' the sub-category, name, brief description and price of your item.
3. The eBuy Staff will email the seller of the item to send the eBuy Staff the item by post, with the email including the eBuy address for security reasons.
4. When received, the eBuy Staff will email the buyer asking them to send the money for the item through post, with the email including the eBuy address for security reasons.
5. When the money is received the eBuy Staff will send the money to the seller and the item to the buyer, with the postage money deducted from the money first. (see above for postage requirements.)
6. The transaction is then complete and all messages from the trade will be deleted.
How to Sell
1. Post item, description and price INCLUDING postage costs in the correct sub-category.
2. When someone wants your item they will post in 'I want to buy,' using the correct subcategory.
3. Seller will receive email to send item, by post, to the eBuy Staff. (We will email our address to you by email for security)
4. After receiving the item, buyer will be asked to send the money to the eBuy Staff.
5. The postage cost is deducted from the money given.
6. Item and money will then be sent out to the buyer and seller respectively.
7. The transaction is complete and all messages from the trade will be deleted.
